About
I design and build fast websites and custom systems that solve real problems, from the interface to the code.
I’m Kostas Scinskas, a freelance web designer, developer and AI specialist based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since 2017 I’ve delivered more than 80 projects for clients in ten cities, from Vilnius to New York.
I work across the whole build: UX and UI design, front-end development, custom systems, SEO and AI-driven automation. The part I care about most is problem solving: understanding what a project actually needs, then finding the cleanest way to build it.
Away from the screen I run, play chess, dive and climb mountains, which is where the maps and routes on this site come from. I’m a music obsessive, from jazz to experimental electronic, and I follow art closely. I travel a lot, more than 30 countries so far, and travel is what keeps my eye and taste sharp.
